i have three options now, the music sheet thing, lost of culture for indigenous people thing, and your stream of consciousness-post helped me a LOT.
as i was reading a lot of ideas started to grow, i like the idea of sickness and how it creates isolation from others.
off the top of my head, i can definitely work a concept into the japanese dental mask wearing sick people and something that allows a sick kid at home to still participate at school.
