Gucci Golf Bags

I think 3D is more efficient for building the normal "hard" products we design so i've been trying to find things to do that would be faster in photoshop.

One thing is cloth/leather/soft material. The golf bag looks really bad up close. Is it those fake folds on the leather?

Holy shit man, looks awesome.

I actually like those folds on the leather.=) What maybe could help is that your 1-2-3 sides read pretty close. For example the back rivet or whatever that is looks like it is receiving the same light as the front ones (in the light).

Another small thing that stands out to me is that the shadow under the front (big) strap looks like it is just duped off of the strap shape but not conforming to the shapes it is being projected on.

So are you taking real textures and putting them on your drawing?

Damn, you should do a mini tutorial and post on here, it really looks nice.

thanks man, and i just noticed that the "warm" main shadow is distracting too. too close to body color.

thanks for the critiques, shit, its one of those things were i don't even notice but once i'm made aware it bugs me.

oh yeah, the only texture is the gucci logo one...the rest are just weird filters, lol.
